- presented on the web so well the listing attracted 300% more traffic than comparative listings (in South Perth, East Perth and Perth).
While I know that giving you a good product would have helped to achieve all these things, I followed your advice in presenting that product. So you can take credit for the good product as well! Being a property owner and then finding myself as a tenant recently, I feel that you have given me over and above property management services because you have helped me with rental applications, which aren't even being property managed by MResidential. The fact that you are so willing to extend your service and assistance to me outside of just managing my property, I know that I'm not just a property portfolio. I remember you sending me a list of things Professionals South Perth (before it changed to MResidential) outlining the things you do provide outstanding service eg. Return communication within 24hrs of receiving it, and I was so impressed with that because so many companies say that's what they do but don't ever outline how they go about doing it and how they measure "outstanding service". For me, you totally embody that!
You are so, so lovely and kind to me Laura and I feel like you have been on this journey with me all along this year with all my moving and relocations. I feel very lucky to have you share it with especially because you so know what it's like and are so supportive and understanding.
